Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Rub the bison chuck eye roll with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large oven-safe pot, sear the bison on all sides until browned.
- Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
- Cover and place in the oven to cook for 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Let the meat rest before slicing and serving.
