Description

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds bison chuck eye roll
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Rub the bison chuck eye roll with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a large oven-safe pot, sear the bison on all sides until browned.
  4. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
