Description

A traditional Portuguese sandwich made with marinated pork.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin steaks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 crusty rolls
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Marinate the pork steaks in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill or fry the marinated pork over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Serve the pork in crusty rolls, optionally garnished with mustard.
