Description
A traditional Portuguese sandwich made with marinated pork.
Ingredients

- 4 pork loin steaks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 crusty rolls
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Marinate the pork steaks in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or fry the marinated pork over medium heat until cooked through.
- Serve the pork in crusty rolls, optionally garnished with mustard.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the pork overnight.
- Serve with sautéed onions and peppers for a more traditional approach.
