Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Cook until the eggs are set on the bottom but still slightly runny on top.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef, cheese, onions, and bell peppers on one half of the omelet.
- Carefully fold the omelet over to cover the filling.
- Cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
- Slide the omelet onto a plate and slice into rolls.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Can add additional vegetables as per preference.
