Description

Delicious beefy omelet rolls filled with melted cheese for a hearty breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Cook until the eggs are set on the bottom but still slightly runny on top.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef, cheese, onions, and bell peppers on one half of the omelet.
  5. Carefully fold the omelet over to cover the filling.
  6. Cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.
  7. Slide the omelet onto a plate and slice into rolls.

Notes

  • Serve with salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor.
