Description

Deliciously spicy and creamy, these Beef-Wrapped Cream Cheese Jalapeños make for a perfect appetizer!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 strips bacon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese and beef mixture.
  5. Wrap each filled jalapeño with a strip of bacon.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture.
