- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 strips bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese and beef mixture.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a strip of bacon.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture.
- Adjust the spiciness by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
