Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef tongue in a pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 2-3 hours.
  2. Remove the tongue from the pot and let it cool.
  3. Once cool, peel the skin off the tongue.
  4. Using a sharp knife, slice the tongue thinly.
  5. Arrange the slices on a plate.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Garnish with Parmesan shavings and fresh herbs.
  9. Serve immediately.
