This is a delicious and hearty dish featuring beef tendon that is braised until tender and gelatinous.

- 2 pounds beef tendon
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine beef tendon, beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for 3-4 hours, until the tendon is tender and gelatinous.
- Stir in sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste。
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh beef tendon.
- This dish pairs well with steamed rice or noodles.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
