Description

Ingredients

  • 1 beef seven-bone roast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
  4. Transfer the roast to a roasting pan and add beef broth to the pan.
  5. Cover the roast with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
