- 1 beef seven-bone roast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Season the roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the roast to a roasting pan and add beef broth to the pan.
- Cover the roast with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
