Description

Deliciously tender beef rib fingers roasted to perfection in the oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef rib fingers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the beef rib fingers and coat well with the marinade.
  4. Place the rib fingers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to brown the meat.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
