- 2 pounds beef rib fingers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the beef rib fingers and coat well with the marinade.
- Place the rib fingers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to brown the meat.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
