Description

Delicious and healthy beef mince lettuce wraps that are easy to prepare and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled.
  2. Add in the mushrooms, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in green onions and cilantro.
  5. Serve by scooping the mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some chopped chili peppers to the beef mixture.
