Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned and crumbled.
- Add in the mushrooms, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions and cilantro.
- Serve by scooping the mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add some chopped chili peppers to the beef mixture.
