Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 8 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbled.
- Stir in soy sauce, bell peppers, and green onions; cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
