Delicious and tender beef heart steaks glazed with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season beef heart steaks with salt and pepper.
