- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in green onions and cooked sausage until evenly mixed.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
- Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for later.
