Description

Delicious and nutritious beef egg muffins filled with sausage and cheddar, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in green onions and cooked sausage until evenly mixed.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
  7. Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for later.
