Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Marinate the beef chuck flap for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

- Place the marinated beef on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
