- 4 cups bone broth
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.
- Season the beef cheeks with salt and pepper, then sear them in the hot butter until browned on all sides.
- Add garlic, onion, thyme, and bay leaves; sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the bone broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven.
- Braise for 3 to 4 hours, or until the beef cheeks are tender.
- Remove from the oven, discard bay leaves and thyme, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding additional herbs like rosemary or a splash of red wine.
