Instructions
- Clean the beef brains and soak them in cold water for several hours.
- Boil the brains in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain and let cool.
- Whisk together the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip the cooled brains into the egg batter and carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
