- 1 pound beef bone marrow
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Roast the bone marrow in the oven for 20 minutes until soft.
- Mix the roasted marrow with the ground beef, salt, and pepper.
- Form patties with the mixture.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute, add cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.
- Serve immediately.
