Description

A delicious and healthy baked tilapia dish served with a flavorful coconut-cilantro sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Arrange tilapia fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut-cilantro sauce over the fillets.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top and cover with foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
