- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon steaks in a baking dish and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

- For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the garlic butter sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
