Deliciously baked salmon steaks topped with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place salmon steaks in a baking dish and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.
