- 2 salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then pour the sauce over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes prior to baking.
