Description

Deliciously baked salmon steaks served with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then pour the sauce over the salmon.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
