Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces white fish fillets
  • 2 cups potato wedges
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the potato wedges by tossing them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
