Description

These delicious bacon-wrapped meatloaf mini-hearts are filled with melted cheddar cheese, making them a perfect appetizer or main dish for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form the meat mixture into heart shapes.
  4. Create a pocket in the center of each heart and fill it with shredded cheddar cheese.
