Ingredients

- 1 pound lamb liver
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add lamb liver and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes.
- Can be served with a dipping sauce of your choice.
