Ingredients

  • 2 pounds finely ground beef
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pork and beef with ice, onion, garlic, salt, and spices.
  3. Mix in mustard, milk, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 90 minutes, until the top is golden and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
