- 1 Portuguese sausage
- 1 piece sliced ham
- 1 piece steak
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the tomato sauce by combining it with beer, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a pot and simmering.
- Grill the sausages, steak, and ham.
- Layer the meats between the slices of bread.
- Pour the sauce over the sandwich and top with cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
