- 2 slices of bread
- 100g cured meat (chorizo, linguiça)
- 100g steak
- 50g cheese (preferably melted)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup beer
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
Instructions
- Cook the meats in a skillet until browned.
- Layer the meats between the slices of bread.
- Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic and onion, then adding tomato sauce and beer.
- Pour the sauce over the sandwich and top with cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is bubbly.
- Served with a fried egg on top.
