Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons beef tallow
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the beef tallow and mix it with olive oil and black pepper.
  3. Wrap each asparagus spear with prosciutto.
  4. Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet and brush with the tallow mixture.
