Description

A savory and delicious wrap featuring tender asparagus and crispy prosciutto, enhanced with rich tallow.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup beef tallow, melted
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
  3. Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted tallow over the asparagus and prosciutto.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
