- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 1/2 cup beef tallow, melted
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
- Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted tallow over the asparagus and prosciutto.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy.
