Description

A flavorful and versatile sauce perfect for pasta dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
