- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using.
