Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar, and salt to create the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Season the flank steak with salt and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
