- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar, and salt to create the chimichurri sauce.
- Season the flank steak with salt and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steak against the grain and serve with the chimichurri sauce on top.
