Description

This Apricot-Grilled Salmon recipe combines the sweet and tangy flavors of apricot with the savory taste of grilled salmon, making it a delightful dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove salmon from marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon with any leftover marinade drizzled on top.
