Description

Juicy chicken thighs cooked in a flavorful apple cider sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the apple cider, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the apple cider mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
