- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the apple cider, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the apple cider mixture over them.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For a richer flavor, marinate the chicken in the apple cider mixture for a few hours before baking.
