Ingredients

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup green olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup salami, sliced into strips
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, mozzarella balls, salami, roasted red peppers, and red onion.
- Toss gently until well mixed.
- Drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette and toss again to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
