Description

A colorful and flavorful antipasto salad that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup green olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup salami, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, mozzarella balls, salami, roasted red peppers, and red onion.
  2. Toss gently until well mixed.
  3. Drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette and toss again to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
