Description
Deliciously crispy and flavorful chicken bites made in the air fryer, tossed with a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce.

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and another with panko bread crumbs.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko bread crumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to create the bang bang sauce.
- Once cooked, toss the chicken bites in the bang bang sauce and serve.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray chicken bites with cooking spray before air frying.
- Adjust Sriracha according to your spice preference.
