- 2 scotch fillet steaks
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season the scotch fillet steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley and pour the garlic butter over the rested steaks.
- Serve immediately.

- Let the steaks rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
