Description

A quick and flavorful recipe for scotch fillet steak, enhanced with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 scotch fillet steaks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Season the scotch fillet steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steaks and set aside to rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Stir in parsley and pour the garlic butter over the rested steaks.
  7. Serve immediately.
